BabeAtlas provides creator discovery, profile indexing, and related account features. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

Content available through the service may come from users or public sources, and may not always be complete or current.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BabeAtlas. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your credentials.

We may request verification for account ownership, profile claims, or legal requests.

If you submit content to BabeAtlas, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content to operate the service.

You may not misuse the service. Prohibited behavior includes:

The BabeAtlas platform, including software, branding, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabeAtlas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold BabeAtlas harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

Disputes related to these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration, except where law requires otherwise or where injunctive relief is sought for intellectual property matters.

These Terms are governed by California law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.
